Inspired by the 2013 Creation Syrah Grenache Jenny Morris, South Africa’s very own ‘Giggling Gourmet’, created her very special and hearty recipe for Honey Ginger Duck.

Jenny is of course an author, magazine writer, radio and TV presenter, celebrity chef, teacher, caterer and culinary tour guide – in short, one of South Africa’s most-loved food personalities. She also makes regular appearances both in South Africa and abroad as a judge for various cooking competitions and is often commissioned by leading brands for menu and recipe development. What’s more, she has cooked for a number of celebrities and heads of state.

Food stimulates all the senses, with taste being the most obvious, followed by aroma.
