For starters there’s the Coconut and Almond Smoked Salmon Fishcakes with Corn Purée, Curry Yoghurt and Coriander enhanced by the Creation Viognier. Then the pièce de résistance: the main course of Rack of Lamb, Yellow Pepper Purée, Polenta Chip, Red Wine and Smoked Paprika Reduction, Baby Marrow, Za’atar and Basil – magnificent with the Creation Syrah, Grenache. An irresistible Easter treat is the Shimeji Eggs with Sage Cream and Soba Noodles, perfectly paired with the Creation Reserve Pinot Noir.
Last but certainly not least is the delightful Vineyard Cake served with Fresh Fig and Speculaas Gelato – a wow with the Creation Fine Cape Vintage!
