Inspired by the saying ‘what grows together, goes together’, we have created a sensory, deliciously healthy wine and food experience. Creation’s vintners, chefs and hospitality team collaborated with scientists and medical professionals nutritionists, neuroscientists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and psychologists to design a pairing menu that educates, nourishes and delights.

Reflecting the immense biodiversity of Hemel-en-Aarde, the ingredients for our six-courseExperience Creation Energy Menu are locally sourced and seasonal. Our terrace and indoor green biome bring nature into our tasting environment where you are encouraged to engage your senses with the aid of unexpected elements such as indigenous plants, stones, feathers and shells. Our aim is to arouse your brain pathways. This heightens your tasting experience and also your knowledge of our wines unique provenance and characteristics. We want to share our profound connection with, and sense of belonging to our terroir with you.

Our flexitarian courses are balanced, anti-inflammatory and can be adapted to suit any dietary requirement. Combining wine and wellness, our hospitality team guides you through the experience which takes around two and a half hours. For the Experience Creation Energy Menu, please click here.
