2 cups oats

2 cups oat milk

1 cup coconut yogurt

1/2 cup elderflower cordial

1/2 apple brunoised

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 Tbsp poppy seeds

1/4 cup sultanas

5 g finely grated ginger



Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight or for 3 hours.

Drizzle with maple syrup and lime zest.

Add 3 slices of apple and some blueberries.
