A Winter of Wonder at Creation Wines

‘Expect warmth at our table, beauty in every bite, and wines that express the soul of our extraordinary landscape.’
– Creation Wines Team

Dear Friends of Creation,

Between nature, creativity and wine lies a place of transformation, and Creation Wines invites you to discover that place this winter through our FynArts of Agri-CULTURE pairing menu—a celebration of flavour, artistry and connection rooted in the rhythms of the Hemel-en-Aarde.

Inspired by our collaboration with the Hermanus FynArts Festival, this seasonal experience takes its cues from the sculptural work of Nanette Ranger and the Gyotaku prints of Jero Revett. Their artworks form a visual symphony in our tasting room—echoed in each plated course, each thoughtful wine pairing, and every detail of your sensory journey.

Join Artists for Complimentary Walkabout at Creation

The official launch of our latest annual art exhibition in collaboration with Hermanus FynArts will take place next Friday, 7 June, at 10h00. Our featured artists, Nanette Ranger and Jero Revett, will be in attendance to host a personal walkabout, sharing insights into the inspiration and creative process behind their sculptures and Gyotaku prints, respectively.

The walkabout will be complemented by canapés and welcome drinks, and we are pleased to confirm that there is no cost to attend.

Should you wish to stay for lunch afterwards, we would be happy to assist with a reservation to experience our new winter menu, The FynArts of Agri-CULTURE, which thoughtfully weaves together art, wine, and our unique setting in the Hemel-en-Aarde.

On the Road with Creation

Last week, Carolyn and Emma were in Norway, where highlights included a tasting with Christine and Heinrich from the Arendal Wine Society, strolling on an island near Kristiansand with wine writers Geir Salvesen and Gunnhild Bjørnsti, and visiting seaside fishing villages on several other islands by boat. Their next stop was the Netherlands, where they enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Troef in Amsterdam with Frank and Henrico.
