Creation on the Move

This week I find myself in Tarragona, Spain, attending the Vita Global Summit at the University Rovira I Virgili. This project is making a significant academic contribution to the wine sector in diverse countries and economies, sharing best practices and driving innovative solutions. Creation is part of this project and we value the collaboration where academia and the wine industry meet, co-creating together. More on this when I return next week.

Abingdon Luncheon

One of our favourite events is the Abingdon Wine Luncheon hosted by owners Jane and Ian Smorthwaite. JC and Nkulu spent the weekend at the estate and had some 40 guests enjoying their fabulous wine and food pairing. Thank you to all the guests who came to enjoy the afternoon with us. If you ever find yourself in the Midlands, Abingdon Estate is a must visit!

 The Wine Lounge Wine Auction

Chantal recently stepped out in her no 1’s to represent Creation at the theme night of the wine auction organised by CMR. Creation’s horse was Eye of the Tiger (winner of 2006 races) and our lot was auctioned off for R65 000 on the night.
