Creation Harvest 2025: First Impressions
Filling us with great anticipation and excitement, the 2025 grape harvest is upon us!
In just a few days, the first Pinot Noir grapes will be picked at lower sugar and higher acidity levels for our Elation MCC. Around seven days after that, we will also pick Chardonnay grapes as part of the final Elation CC blend.
In general, the harvest promises to be a few days later than in 2024, and at this stage the feeling is very positive, looking at the different cultivars, and keeping the weather conditions of the past few months in mind.
‘It is the best time of the year,’ says viticulturist Gerhard Bruwer. ‘All the hard work has been done, and now we hope and pray Nature will play its part to make 2025 a year to remember.’
