Thank you for being a part of our journey. Your support inspires us every day.  Let's raise a glass to innovation, excellence, and the exciting future that awaits us all.
- Carolyn Martin

The Creation Tasting Room has over the years become an innovation hub where families and friends meet to celebrate each other, map future destinations and reflect on milestones achieved.  An important milestone along our own transformative journey is Creation’s 21st anniversary this year. To celebrate, we’ll soon be greeting our guests with an exciting new-look Tasting Room!

Active engagement with visitors to Creation has the tremendous advantage of a two-way conversation.  Not only can we tell them our story of passion and sustainability, they can react by telling us what they need. And we listen to them. This cycle of communication never fails to spark new ideas. Thank you to Katlego and Leevania, who referred us to Pedersen & Lennard for the design of our new space.

Luke Pedersen is a South African designer who studied in Sweden and has a design workshop in Quality Street, Maitland, Cape Town. In collaborating with Luke and his team, we’ll soon be welcoming our guests into our simplified, decluttered Tasting Room. Deftly designed to enhance the natural beauty of our landscape, the ambience is beautifully in tune with our current art exhibition, ‘Equilibrium’, by Nanette and Sean Ranger. Our aim is to create an environment that celebrates our rich winemaking and culinary heritage while at the same time ushering in a dynamic new chapter.

At Creation we love to surprise and delight our guests with our inventive and always delectable pairing menus. Now we look forward to also impressing you with our stylish new Tasting Room. Jancis Robinson in Hemel-en-Aarde

This past weekend we were honoured to welcome Jancis Robinson, one of the most influential wine writers of all times, to the Hemel-en-Aarde. Here is an excerpt of the media release issued for the occasion.

The Fine Wines of Hemel-en-Aarde

Hemel-en-Aarde. Heaven and Earth. The name paints a vivid picture of a region between mountain peaks and hectares of fynbos that contrast with the symmetry of well-tended vineyards and farmlands. There is no urban encroachment here and little industrialisation. As part of the Cape Floral Kingdom, the area is acknowledged as a global biodiversity region.
