This is the subtitle to Creation’s unique Healthy Heritage Menu which is launched today, the 1st of September. And yes, it does refer to spring. And also to the fresh, locally sourced produce always to be found on our Creation menus. But September is of course Heritage Month in South Africa. And so the inspirational subtitle also refers to the ‘good things’ in our culinary heritage and how worthwhile it is to rediscover and reinvent them.

What makes the menu even more exciting is the fact that each chapter or course bears the stamp of the particular chef’s culinary background. Thus the Green Nectar digestion and immunity booster is followed by Chef Abongile’s traditional Umfino.
