New Film tells the Pebbles Hemel-en-Aarde Success Story
We decided to celebrate Youth Day (16 June) by sharing a short film about the Pebbles Hemel-en-Aarde Education Project, which we have supported as founder members since 2017.
Through our involvement with Pebbles, it has been a privilege to see so many of our local children blossom, largely thanks to you, our guests, supporters and friends, and your generous donations.
Your donation isn’t just money. It’s a school uniform. A healthy meal. A sports kit worn with pride. A safe learning space. A teacher’s encouragement. And more.
This touching film, sponsored by our good friends and partners Jonathan and Carol Drake, tells the Pebbles success story. It is also our heartfelt thank you to you for your ongoing support.
Please watch the film below and visit the Pebbles online shop to make a tangible difference to a child’s life for as little as R100.

There’s a wonderful write-up about the Creation Collaborators Route, our gastronomic tour through the Overberg village of Stanford, in the June 2025 issue of YourLuxury Africa magazine.
‘I’ve been on walking tours around the world, but none were like this one,’ writes Clifford Roberts in this glossy magazine about the finer things in life. ‘There are several fascinating stops along the way of this walk, but the link they all share is that they are either a supplier or customer of Creation Wines and its restaurant in the nearby Hemel-en-Aarde wine region. It connects the dots in a way most walking tours perhaps don’t.’
Clifford’s gastronomic tour ends at Creation, where he experiences our pairing menu. ‘It’s more than a meal; it’s a performance of mindfulness,’ he writes. ‘Leaving Creation and overlooking the magnificent valley, there’s the distinct sense of having acquired new knowledge – all learnt through the simple act of walking.’
