A special thank you to our team for the hours of skilled work you put in to offer our guests a winning South African experience!

At Creation we celebrate Human Rights Day with you.

Making fine wine calls for a rare alchemy of art, science, nature, our people and our sense of place. The handcrafted nature of what we do from the vineyard to the table is celebrated by our guests who make their way up the Hemel-en-Aarde to our little piece of paradise each year.

Diversity and inclusivity create a sustainable future for our team, and it is our intention to turn jobs into lifelong careers. “Diversity is not a moral imperative, it is a law of nature,” says Dr Emile Servan-Schreiber from Hypermind, as quoted by ARENI Global.

Nature is the very inspiration and innovation that defines how the whole team thinks and works at Creation. The collective intelligence of our team helps us to thrive.

Wine tourism accounts for 10% of world tourism and this is growing. Each visitor to Creation is a catalyst for 11 extended jobs. And that has a significant impact on our Western Cape economy.

The Constitution of South Africa is hailed as one of the most progressive in the world. It is the ultimate protector of our Human Rights, which were previously denied to the majority of our people under Apartheid. We commemorate Human Rights Day to reinforce our commitment to the Bill of Rights as enshrined in our Constitution. The theme for 2024 is Three Decades of Respect for and Promotion of Human Rights”.
