Toasting Unforgettable Moments
From South Africa to Switzerland, the UK, and Beyond
Toast 1: To Swiss Wine Days – a Celebration of Creation Wines in Biel
We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Swiss Wine Days, where Carolyn & Jean-Claude Martin had the pleasure of introducing our Creation wines to the wonderful Swiss community in Biel.
On Saturday 27 September, wine enthusiasts joined us at Repas Rooftop Bistronomie for an afternoon tasting session, followed by an exquisite Wine & Dine experience that evening. The celebration continued on Sunday 28 September, with a delightful Wine & Lunch at the charming Restaurant Aux Trois Amis in Schernelz.
These events were a beautiful opportunity to share our passion for South African winemaking with our new and existing friends in Switzerland, and we were deeply moved by the warm reception and genuine appreciation for our wines. A heartfelt thank you to Daniel Lauper, sommelier Cynthia Lauper and chef Marc Joshua Engel for their exceptional hospitality in hosting Carolyn and Jean-Claude, and to their wonderful teams at Repas and Aux Trois Amis. Thank you, also, to all the guests who attended and made these events so memorable.

Creation’s recent visit to the UK, from 29 September to 3 October, involved key visits to notable wine trade venues and hospitality locations that resonate well with our premium wine philosophy – a philosophy rooted in Nature, which is the very inspiration and innovation that is Creation.
The itinerary included Glasgow. with visits to The Good Spirits Co, Corner Shop Wine Bar & Restaurant, Ubiquitous Chip Restaurant, Outlier Restaurant, and Malo Wine & Negroni Bar. These venues reflect Creation’s alignment with quality, trend-conscious, and discerning wine consumers.
In London, the itinerary was packed with engagements at prestigious locations such as the OXO Tower Restaurant, where there was a tasting session with their sommelier, and meetings across vibrant places including Snoozzze Coffee, The Melusine, and Stem + Stem. It all culminated in a Masterclass at the distinguished 67 Pall Mall,
celebrated for its dynamic, contemporary approach to hospitality and audience, mirroring Creation’s ethos of crafting wines that are both expressive and thoughtfully produced. Here, we were proud to pour our Ridge Chardonnay 2024, Art of Chardonnay 2024, 2022 and 2020, Glenn Chardonnay 2024, 2023 and 2021, Emma’s Pinot Noir 2024, and Art of Pinot Noir 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2019.
The choice of venues – from independent retailers to trendy wine bars and iconic London landmarks – shows an intentional match with places that appreciate artisanal quality and unique wine narratives, which is exactly what Creation Wines embodies through its focus on terroir-driven, elegant wines.
For clients, this means that the wines are being introduced and positioned in environments that appreciate and celebrate the same values of craftsmanship, authenticity and style that Creation stands for. It is a promising step towards wine lovers experiencing Creation’s wines in these curated, high-quality settings soon.

We feel deeply honoured to have been part of The Luxurious Marble Circus, the extraordinary celebration (Happical Celebranzo!) held in Muldersdrift last weekend.
The Grand Vinarium was truly a sensory masterpiece – a celebration where South African winemaking artistry met culinary excellence. To have Creation’s finest wines and Vilafonté’s exceptional vintages showcased alongside the culinary magic of Marble Hospitality was nothing short of inspiring. This wasn’t merely an event; it was a testament to the passion, innovation, and terroir that define our shared commitment to excellence.
Being present at such a thoughtfully curated experience reminded us why we do what we do: to create moments where food, wine, music and life come together in perfect harmony. The Grand Vinarium elevated wine to its rightful place: on a pedestal, as the perfect companion to an incredible celebration.
Thank you, LMC and your valued clients, for allowing us to be part of this beautiful occasion. Our sincere thanks extend to all the partners who made this event truly unforgettable: Cobus Hugo and Zavion Kotze Events Company for their brilliant design and styling of our stand, Investec for their exciting Wheel of Wonder, the team of G&G Goosebumps for their support throughout the event, Crystal Birch for the exquisite hats, Liezl Franken for her impeccable styling that brought the overall vision to life, and FOM (Freedom of Movement) for our amazing shoes that meant we were walking on air all day!
Here’s to many more extraordinary moments together.

Toast 4: To Chefs Successfully Navigating the Wellness Movement
How do restaurants navigate the delicate balance between health consciousness and culinary creativity?
This is the question posed in an Eat Out article that features Creation among a handful of restaurants leading the way.
‘We integrate evidence-based nutrition, anti-inflammatory ingredients and sensory-focused hospitality – such as handwash rituals and natural tonics – ensuring that nourishment and pleasure coexist in every dish and pairing,’ says Creation’s executive chef, Eleanor Coetzee.
‘Menus are crafted with a strong plant-based foundation, featuring vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options verified by integrated medicine specialists,’ says co-owner and creative director Carolyn Martin. ‘No dish is designed as an afterthought for restrictive diets.’
