To me, the true enjoyment of Fine Wine is not only in the tasting thereof. It is in discovering the place where it was grown and all the hands and hearts that went into raising a vineyard and bringing the wine to your table. It takes fine people to make and enjoy fine wines. The same applies to fine food.
Having said that, we’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Community of Taste Wine and Food Pairing Menu. The flexitarian menu comprises six scrumptious courses that can be replaced by plant-based options. At Creation our culinary innovation is inspired by our award-winning range of cool-climate wines and rooted in the creativity of our talented chefs and the fresh ingredients sourced from selected local producers. We love to pamper and surprise our guests and look forward to treating you to the many delights of our Ayurveda-inspired menu.

Over the past few weeks we’ve been featuring a series of blogs inspired by a masterclass conducted by Professor Gabriel Lepousez from the Sorbonne University in France. Gabriel holds a PhD in Neuroscience and is an expert on sensory perception and brain plasticity. He is also a wine aficionado.
