This is a special occasion. We are opening on just two Saturday evenings (29 August and 5 September) for you to experience an intimate wine dinner with Chef Jason McKinney.
Chef Jason trained as Sous Chef under the legendary Chef Thomas Keller at The French Laundry. He is currently touring the world on his Elizabeth Tour, in residence at some of the world’s leading restaurants. In 2027, he will open Elizabeth, a 14-seater restaurant in New York, shaped by his global journey.
An evening to connect, collaborate and innovate. A rare chance for our chefs to exchange ideas and explore techniques alongside Chef Jason. We hope you will be inspired to join us.
