Originally from Springbok in the Northern Cape, Christien Herbst was studying law until a chance move to Franschhoek introduced her to the world of wine.
Twenty-five years later, she lives and breathes wine as our Western Cape brand ambassador. ‘Creation is not just a company,’ she says. ‘Their whole hearts go into what they do.’
