Creation Chardonnay

Gluten-Free Waffle Dough

1 cup gluten-free flour (122 g)

1 cup tapioca flour (122 g)

2 tbsp coconut flour (12 g)

2 tbsp baking powder (25 g)

¼ tsp salt (1.5 g)

2 eggs (120 g)

¼ cup of coconut oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 cup coconut milk (258 g)

¼ cup coconut sugar (51 g)

½ tsp vanilla paste

Step 1: Mix dry ingredients together and mix well.

Step 2: Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and mix together until combined.

Prepare the Avocado Garden

Half one avocado, coat the half avocado with toasted sesame seeds, scoop tablespoon of humus, sprinkle with togarashi spice, orange zest, lime juice and micro herbs garnish with wild flowers.
