Base Preparation
- 1L cold tap water
- 20 Olive leaves
- 3 buds Rosehip
- Bring ingredients to a boil
- Set aside to cool
- Strain mixture
Ice Mold Preparation
With Olive (per mold):
- 1 tsp Mphepho Vinegar
- 1 Olive leaf
- Fill with prepared olive leaf water and freeze
Without Olive (per mold):
- 1 slice peeled ginger
- Fill with cold water and freeze
Serving Instructions
- Place 1 ice cube in each glass when serving
- Garnish with a sprig of olive leaves (washed thoroughly)
- Add 1 Anysbos Kalamata Olive per glass
