Base Preparation

  • 1L cold tap water
  • 20 Olive leaves
  • 3 buds Rosehip
  1. Bring ingredients to a boil
  2. Set aside to cool
  3. Strain mixture

Ice Mold Preparation

With Olive (per mold):

  • 1 tsp Mphepho Vinegar
  • 1 Olive leaf
  • Fill with prepared olive leaf water and freeze

Without Olive (per mold):

  • 1 slice peeled ginger
  • Fill with cold water and freeze

Serving Instructions

  • Place 1 ice cube in each glass when serving
  • Garnish with a sprig of olive leaves (washed thoroughly)
  • Add 1 Anysbos Kalamata Olive per glass
